Complete food service equipment drawings are prepared, if required, including floor plan, equipment schedule, detailed mechanicals and shop drawings of custom equipment.

DINING ROOM & BAR INTERIOR DESIGN:
In addition to our other design services, we offer interior decor packages including total involvement in color and material selection, space planning, furnishings and all aspects of facility planning to create a functional, attractive and effective environment which compliments the overall concept.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM EQUIPMENT PURCHASING:
All equipment specified is ordered in advance of ground-breaking to insure completeness at the time of installation. Our clients benefit additionally from our volume purchasing power in that we buy for large chain accounts and by doing so, guarantee lowest possible net costs for all customers.

REMODELING:
We can supply all of your food service equipment and design needs for your remodels too. Remodeling food service facilities is a MICHAEL BLACKMAN AND ASSOCIATES specialty. MBA is expert at remodeling every type of outdated facility into new, updated designs to handle innovative menu items or new dining/decor design with the same attention to detail and service as a new installation. MBA will design and furnish a total interior conversion package including custom seating, millwork, and stainless steel fabrication.

COORDINATION:
This important aspect of any project begins during the very early stages. Constant communication is maintained with the architect, contractor, all involved subcontractors and, of course, the customer; all of whose input we record as part of this procedure.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM CUSTOM FABRICATION:
Our custom wood and metal shops produce high quality, N.S.F. approved fixtures, built to individual specifications and exacting industry standards.

STAGING AND DELIVERY:
We expedite arrival of all equipment to a single warehouse staging area where it is accounted for and stored until final single-shipment delivery to the job site. An accurate inventory of all equipment as it arrives in the warehouse assures completeness of each job prior to delivery and installation.

EQUIPMENT LEASING:
Restaurant Design Group has favorable relationships with several major leading institutions and can, in many instances, help develop attractive equipment finance packages at competitive rates.

CODE REQUIREMENTS:
Local building and safety, fire and health department code requirements are verified prior to the start of any project and incorporated into the plans and specifications.
